I haven’t really been dieting, I’ve just been eating healthy. My family already eats really healthy to begin with (my moms idea of lunch is a mango with yogurt) so I basically just cut out all the junk. I think the biggest thing I did was stop eating meat and a lot of dairy products. I switched to almond milk and I never really ate eegs or cheese. If there’s dairy in something I buy whatever I’m not super picky, but I won’t put any in something I’m making. My appetite has also dropped a lot for some reason which may have helped. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit as snacks, like I snacked on an avacado with pepper on it yesterday and it was super yummy.

With exercise I go 3-4 times a week (I haven’t gone in like a week ahh I need to). I do this think called body pump, and it’s basically all weight lifting which is fabulous and you work on literally every part of your body. Then sometimes if the Vegas heat doesn’t kill me I’ll take my dog on a run. So it’s like weights 2 times a week and running 1-2 times a week.
